Kenmore Dryer Repair in Las Vegas?

Hi, I have a Kenmore Laundry Center Stacked Washer/Dryer purchased from Sears. The model # = 417-97802792 and it was purchased in 1998. The Dryer makes all kinds of screeching noise now and the clothes get burn holes in them. The burn holes look like black ball point pen light scratches, but also some of them are burnt right thru the clothes.

Does anybody know what causes that and how to fix it with what part? Or, does anybody know a repair person in las vegas who is reputable and won't rip me off.
