OK. I found out how to do it. It was in *STD* mode and all the cycles were exactly 37 minutes long. It even goes as far as being able to set the fill temps and tumble times.

I like this design without the card reader or coin box.
Although oddly it just says "Maytag High Efficiency Washer", Not "Neptune".
