Well, the machine was mini anyway! Ron paid a visit to see what we got on our recent jaunts to NY and PA, and brought one of his new toys. Isn't is just darling???!!! Here's Rich (left) filling it on the 'power rinse' cycle while Ron holds it and mans the drain hose!

And it may not be peaches flambe...

...but baked apples in Rich's new $2 Sunbeam electric frypan with the broiler lid certainly rounded out the dinner (didn't get a pic of the pot of chili).

Ok......

Alright!@%*&

I surrender.......

I know that I should have taken pictures of the peaches flambe..

I don't think I will EVER live that missed 'KODAK' moment down.........but....

Nice apples you have there Rich........

Big or small, it was a fun way to spend a Friday night. As always, the food was delicious!!

Thanks to Chuck's expert soldering abilities, I have yet another toy washer (not pictured yet) now working and in my collection!!

Definitely time for another New England get together. What better time than in the fall -- hint, hint!!

Here is the Baked Apple recipe!!!

I took the recipe from the book that comes with the Sunbeam Frypan. As a topping I used 1 cup, each, of oatmeal, brown sugar, softened butter and flour mixed in a bowl. I mix it with my hand then stuff and top the apples with it.

ENJOY!!

Rich
