meanwhile, Cool find Robert. I would guess those black specks are small pieces of the cardboard or polypropolyne seal on the roof of the cap. It is amazing how the fumes from "paint thinner lite" can take their toll on things like that.
Um, just as soda isn't good for ANYONE to consume because the carbonated water kills the enzymes in one's stomach that digest food. (no wonder our soda addicted kids are getting H-U-G-E)
Mouth wash, which is alcohol, kills necessary "bacteria" and enzymes in one's mouth. no one should use. Unless your doing things with your mouth that, well, I won't go into details here....

If it were me. I would call Haz-Mat, have them dump the bottle but keep the bottle and rinse out and fill with water and food coloring for old times sake.
We used to have to get milk in Glass bottles. I remember that.
