Jon, you are about as silly as Robert! Of COURSE the pumice pieces scoured teeth while you are swishing it around in your mouth! How else do you use mouthwash? It was also very good at cleaning grime off your tongue, especially if you were prone to Thrush (mouth yeast infection).

I think you should try it also! Let us know how you like it!
