I suppose it would be too simplistic to conclude that Jennifer Lopez would be a good pick for the majors... lol...

Seriously, I think a well developed gluteus maximus shows that someone has athletic ability to run, jump, and in general be quick on one's feet. But I also think it can be developed - with exercise, and bicycling is a great way to build up the thighs and butt.

I recall that years ago in high school gym class, an African American teacher was lecturing us on the difference between black and white derrieres. I hadn't ever noticed, but he said that blacks have a higher rump than whites, that it was a genetic thing. I guess it's true, at least for the young and fit.
