Baked Egg Custard

I really enjoyed baked custards, for me it was the ultimate "safe" dessert, comforting, pleasurable taste, and having nutritional value. I often choose baked custard in cup or in pie form.

I used unsweetened almond milk, being allergic to cow's milk, and a pre-made 8" graham cracker crust. (Make 3/4 of the recipe for an 8 inch pie).

It is DELICIOUS.
