I found this article in our weekend paper and it brought back a few memories for me growing up as a kid. Thought that I would share it with everyone as it might also bring back similar memories for others, if not a few laughs.

Reminded me to be thankful for the age of the automatic washer!..... and by the look of the video I just saw, the automatic dryer as well!!

Thanks for posting this - I thought it was neat how they chose memories of togetherness and family bonding associated with doing the laundry. The last recollection of a hidden laundry - out of sight; out of mind - really sums it all up in today's world!
