Robert---I think you're on to something, as I never log in until forced to when I try to post. I wasn't logged on when I received the error message.

I just posted elsewhere (deluxe forum) and I only logged in when prompted to.It worked perfectly.

Was posting to the "Film On Glasses In Dishwasher" thread on the Deluxe forum and got the same error message as above after hitting "post". Tried to post a second time, and got the "trying to stop a duplicate post" error message, saying I'd posted in the last 30 seconds.
Then my browser (Firefox 3.0.11) locked up. I just forced an exit and restarted the browser without rebooting and it was all fine.
And thank you for your work continuously enhancing the website, we all appreciate it!

I typed into a thread a few minutes ago and signed in upon preview, signed in and posted no problem. So you must have found the era. Good man Robert.
