To Whom it May Concern... i bought one of these blenders in biege a while back. 5.5amps. it does an excellent job on ice, better than Oster. the cutter/gasket setup is a little clumsy to clean, but i was quite surprised with the performance.

Where is the spatula? I remember it having a narrow blade rubber spatula that stuck down through a flexible gasket in the center of the lid. The flexible gasket allowed the spatula to be swivelled around the jar. The color of the handle coordinated with the blender. Someone must have seen this.

Yes Tom, they originally came with a spatula but in most cases those have long gone. You can still stick a spatula thru the slit in the lid but the originals would only go down so far as to not contact the blade.

Very nice, and int's interesting to learn of the good performance. Hoover had an interesting take on these colors, they were not the standard avocado and harvest.
