This was found on a marketplace ad local to me (which in itself is a rare occurrence). I could not resist it...
It looks like a 1971 model, not the fanciest Lady Kenmore version, but still a multi-cycle model.
Like the other appliances I wound up buying from the seller of this machine it is in very good condition. There's so much dust inside the tub that it hasn't been used in ages.
I knew the dishwasher would power up - we had to play 'fusebox roulette' to cut power to it since I insisted that I be the one to remove it from the kitchen. And that was a pain... Folks just love to add a tile floor to trap their vintage dishwashers it seems...
I did some testing this past weekend and determined that the pump motor works in both directions, the water valve gets powe, the heating unit works, the electrically-tripped detergent dispenser trips, and best of all the timer advances.
But oh, those lighted pusbuttons!! If it were turquoise it would fighting my 1966 Frigidaire Custom Imperial and 1963 Whirlpool 'Telephone Dial' dishwashers for a turn as the daily driver in the kitchen in St-Liboire!
Water testing this weekend with any luck!
