Hey, I might be nuts for joining-I don't collect-but have always(Age 2 says mom)liked washers.We had '55 WRLPL w/lite inside,cool!'60 Norge,'63 FRGDR,'67 LK wsr& dryr.I talked Pop into the Lady Kenmores 'cause I did the washing since I was 10.Ma' was not so motivated.Anyway I'm 52, married & like cars-mostly GM, AND Motorcycles-got a '07 Suzuki M109R last Oct.Ride 'er often after no mtrcyc for 11 years.Got '98 90series Kenmores now.NO trouble,except wshr trans in 1st yr(warranty)'cause short nuetral drain.(spn w/water in tub).Hope to fit in y'alls site!

Sounds like fun.Most folks don't get it,but how many people take care of,appreciate ANY machine?I used to get a flashlite & a small mirror & lay on the basement floor watching the belt,pulleys,trans/motor,cams,slf/cln pea filter on that '67 LK.And many times yank & lift the top for a good look at supports,dispns solenoids etc.The 'wooh-wooh-wooh sound was addictive.That's some of my background & I Liked it!
