It looks a lot like mine with a few differences. I too am having to get used to the tiered upper rack!! I don't hate it, but I don't love it either. I L O V E the silverware separation thing (not sure what the proper term for that is) The lower wash arm on yours is exactly like mine, but the heating element on mine is different. I like the LED lights too!

I like the silverware basket too. Exepet my kenmore doesnt have the third one in the middle. It only has 2 silverware separtion thingys.
