I would think that by April the weather is quite warm in Vegas. LOL Oh well, I am 4 years older. Now, for the money part.... Do you like to have it or spend it? I like both. LOL

Oh my (again)!

Mike and Ray:

I also share your birthdate! "Decadent"...."I have"....no wonder I reached the fifth level of h$@%! I'm hanging up the denmother shirt and grabbing a "decadent" piece of that yummy chocolate cake! ;-)

Venus

So.. Venus. The same day? April 25th? Try the recipe, it is easy and decadent. BTW, I sent you an e-mail a week or so ago. Did you receive it? Sometimes when I send from work, the recepient does not receive. With the holidays it has been busy for all of us. Did not have much time to bake all of my "Decandent" desserts though.

Have a great holiday.

Ray

Sacrifices should be Virginal, and I'm NOT

Frigilux, thank you dahlink for my royal initiation ceremony. I will cherish it 4FR *wipes tears*. What a wonderful way to start the new year.

Dang Togs, you lucky girl, ya got a PA? Hmm, wonder what you did to get THAT ;) *winky winky*

I nominate browneyedgirl to take the initiation for all of Toggles female gang members at the AZ wash-in. *chuckles*

Do us right girl....

Why thank you very much....

Flips hair wildly.
Spins around on heels of "candies" brand pumps, in see-through plastic uppers (with sable and mink trim).
Waves to adoring crowd.
Flashes cleavage.
Does a "Charo-esque" COOCHIE-COO.
Curts(e)ys.
Adjusts package.
Clears throat from being all choked up, moves on...

Yes, I've noticed that myself, gyrafoam. As Toggle's cyberworld personal assistant, I'm taking note of everything he does, here. This information will appear in my tell-all biography, to be be published at a suitable time in the future. I won't use his real name (Steve), of course. He will remain incognito under the pseudonym 'Stev'.

Maytagmom-- Yes, you're part of the gang, now. Whether this turns out to be 'bonus or onus' remains to be seen, LOL!

Ok, dangit, I apologise AGAIN

I just can't seem to help mahsef!

Something about Togs, just brings out the *baaaad* in me.

*gets out the manicles to restrain self*

Ok, stick a fork in me, I'm done. (for the night)

Ah, let's see now...

Do I like to spend it or have it. Yup, definately both! And Virgos are actually my best friends. However I've found them much too intense to take as lovers. We would just consume each other with passion.

Venus, how funny three of us are on the same day!

My favorite birthday cake is the one my Mom used to make for me. A chocolate Jiffy cake, with Jiffy white frosting that has been flavored with lemon and chopped walnuts on the top. Very basic, but very tasty. I think the lemon flavor frosting came about from her disguising the taste of the frosting that had been sitting in our pantry for many, many months!

I'd post it here too, but I value my life.

COOL.

Thanks for the link to the video of the CRAZED JEEE-zus follower. (recorded for one of those reality home-make-over shows)I will be sending it out to my evil gang.

If you dont get one in a few days, but want one, send me an e-mail privately. I will undoubtedly forget someone. Pls dont be offended. I have no short-term memory left. LOL

Hungarian Diet

Well, Guys, I have a few friends that are Hungarian. They like Kielbasi but it is a little different that the Polish in that it has more garlic in it and a slightly different taste. They also make cabbage rolls like the Polish but again, different seasonings. They also like Pork. They make a dish out of pork butts that has garlic and paprika pounded into it. It is very delicious. It think the dish is called, (help me out here Mike with the spelling), Petchine??? Their filled Christmas cookies are Kifli. They also make a great goulash. At the Hungarian butcher in a town near by, I can get all of these items, along with a smoked crispy paprika bacon. Yummy. Another goodie is Salona. It is basically fat bck or bacon, which is scored held over a wood fire, then the rendering of the fat is dripped on rye bread along with onions cucumbers and tomatoes and eaten. Well..so much for now.

Mike, Please let me know if I have left out anything. I cannot think of all of the Hungarian foods that I have eaten throught the years.
Toggles, See Hungarian is a little close to Polish.

Ray

And I can cook!

Thanks Ray! Now I don't have to type all of that, but you hit it on the head. We also have palicinta, much like a crepe, filled with sweetened cottage cheese or fruit filling.

Growning up my parents would take us to Hungarian picnics at South Mountain park in Phoenix. Lots of large ladies with their Westinghouse roasters filled with stuffed cabbage, fried porkchops, stuffed peppers and such.

Our family was from Detroit. On a vacation there one of our relatives was making Salona. I never saw such a thing, but again you're right. Cholesteral City!

Something else we have is just a bit of a temper. Heaven forbid the food is bad. We have no problem expressing our displeasure with the food. And if it's good, we'll praise it highly. I went to a Hungarian restaurant in Phoenix many years ago. They had the nerve to serve left over chicken paprikash. They got offended when I told them it was left over. Trust me, growing up, I KNEW the taste of left over food. I never ate there again.
