Found this matching set today. Fully operational with no issues. I’ve arranged to get them this week. Is there anything I should know about these particular model machines. I love the look of them and the condition looks to be immaculate. I should get more pictures from the seller later today. [this post was last edited: 7/11/2021-12:25]

That’s awesome! They should be late sixties. I have a very similar set in the same color that are ‘71 models. Mine came from a weekend place where they weren’t used much and were in like new condition when I got them 20 years ago. The dryer is still in use but my washer needs a total drive system rebuild that I haven’t found the time to do yet.

They are standard capacity machines so if you intend to use them daily they will really get a work out. My advice with all belt drive whirlpool/kenmore machines of this vintage is to completely go through them from the start and they will last for many more years. Hope you get them!

I will wait for more pictures and details of the control panels, but looks like the set that new neighbors got when they moved into the house next door in like 1966-1968.

looks like the set my aunt got when she built her house in 1970....hers were avocado

IMPERIAL
set....5 water temps, variable water level....and most likely a 5 cycle...Normal and PermPress both offered the SuperWash option...

Super Surgilator, chrome cap....automatic dispensers for bleach and softener

Nice catch Doug!

I noticed the hand truck too. My Filter Flo machine has a couple light marks in the side from a hand truck moving it before I got it. I was so upset about that. I messaged the seller asking them not to move the machines with that and I’d move them with an appropriate dolly when I get there.

They're Imperial models so there may be fluorescent bulbs inside the consoles that backlight the timers and the lenses across the bottom.  If not fluorescents then may be incandescent bulbs to backlight the timers.
